What You’ll Do

  • Focus exclusively on high-quality, pre-qualified leads delivered to you daily.

  • Quote, negotiate, and bind new business at a speed and volume far beyond traditional agency environments.

  • Operate within highly optimized, tech-driven workflows designed for maximum efficiency and ease of use.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets aligned with agency growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Humble, coachable, and team-oriented mindset

  • Active Property & Casualty license

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial trucking insurance sales

  • Proven track record of generating $120K+ in net new annual commission revenue

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Highly competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented
